Nigerian government apologizes for asking South African tycoon for ventilators.

Nigeria’s legislature has apologized to Nigerians for asking South African very rich person specialist, Elon Musk for ventilators. The legislature had gone under serious analysis for the undignified way it freely asked for 100-500 ventilators.

Responding, the Federal Ministry of Finance from whose twitter account the supplication for ventilators was made stated: “an unapproved post was made on the checked Twitter handle of the Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning.”

Unique Adviser, Media and Communications, to the Minister of Finance Budget and National Planning, Yunusa Tanko Abdullahi, said that “the reality of the post is lamentable in light of which it is cut down.”

The service had joked that “dear @elonmusk @Tesla government of Nigeria needs support with 100-500 ventilators to help with #covid19 cases emerging regularly in Nigeria.”

The service said it will give an announcement after the Minister comes out of the Villa, The Nation reports.
